Project Description
Phoenix Design Group has seen the growth and expansion of Parkwest Medical Center. From a major expansion of 200 beds in 2005 to this new three story surgery and bed tower addition. It will feature new surgical support space, a post-anesthesia care unit, operating rooms, new patient rooms, and new surgery entrance. The renovation areas include operating rooms, central sterile, and PACU.
This project involved advanced MEP designs including 2 Low Temperature Air Handling Units serving surgery, Steam Boilers, Centrifugal Chillers and Cooling Towers.
